Fixed-Price Projects. No Hourly Surprises.

Every project starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. I map your workflow, identify automation opportunities, and scope the work. You receive a fixed-price proposal within 48 hours — no hourly billing, no open-ended invoices.

Most projects do not. The tiers are starting points. After the discovery call, I give you a custom quote based on your exact requirements — number of platforms, complexity of logic, data volume, and integrations needed.

The project fee covers design, development, testing, documentation, and 30 days of post-delivery support. After that, you can optionally subscribe to an ongoing support plan or handle maintenance in-house. Your workflows are yours — they keep running either way.

For projects over $8,000, I offer a 50/30/20 payment structure: 50% at kickoff, 30% at milestone delivery, and 20% at final handoff. This aligns payment with deliverables.

Minor adjustments are expected and included. If a significant scope change is needed, I will provide a clear change order with the additional cost and timeline before proceeding. No surprise invoices.

Bug fixes, minor adjustments, monitoring for workflow failures, and answering questions from your team. If something breaks that was part of the original scope, I fix it at no additional cost.
